With all the ingredients at hand, you can make this noodles in a jiffy.



  1. Boil water with a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. Add the hakka noodles and cook for 2-3 mins. Once done, drain and keep aside.
  2. Cut the vegetables and keep them ready
  3. Heat oil in a large wok. When the oil is piping hot, add the onion and saute for a few seconds.
  4. Stir in the vegetables one by one and saute at high flame.
  5. Add the noodles and mix well.
  6. Add vinegar, soy sauce, schezwan sauce and salt to taste.
  7. Toss the noodles well till its covered with all the sauces.
  8. Garnish and serve hot with ketchup.
