Pizzas are loved by all, especially the kids. As we all know, it is categorized under junk food, we really have to look for innovative ideas to satisfy our kids craving for pizzas. Pizzas contain lot of veggies, but still why do we call it non-healthy. Yes, its because of the dough. So why don’t we make our new version of South Indian Pizza – The Pizza Dosa.

Make this Pizza Dosa more colorful by adding all your kids favorite veggies. Create new versions by changing the vegetables.



  1. Heat dosa tawa and make a thick dosa (like oothapam).

  2. Add the desired vegetables and pour oil or ghee all around the dosa.

  3. Cover and cook for a minute.
  4. Now turn the dosa upside down carefully to cook the other side.

  5. Flip it back and add grated cheese (optional).
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
