Soft and juicy paneer cubes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the besan flour, rice flour, chilli powder and salt.

  2. Add little water.

  3. Mix well to make a thick batter.

  4. Dip the paneer cubes in the batter.

  5. Deep fry the paneer cubes in hot oil.

  6. Transfer to an absorbent paper to drain excess oil.

  7. Transfer to serving bowl.

  8. Serve this hot and crispy Paneer Pakoda with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
