Easy Maa Laddu – Diwali Sweets

maa laddu

The first item that my kid orders at a sweet stall are the Maa Laddus. Maa Laddus are usually very tasty and are made from moong dal. I learnt to make these Easy Maa Laddu from one of my friends who prepares it from fried grams. These fried gram Laddus are easy and quick to make but tastes as good as the moong dal laddus. As fried grams are rich in proteins, this Maa Laddu serves as a healthy snack for the kids. One could also make these Laddus in just 5 minutes before your guests arrive or your kids are back from school.
