  1. Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add the clove and cinnamon.
  3. Add the onions and saute.
  4. Once the onions turn golden brown, add the methi leaves and saute.

  5. Now add the boiled corn and salt.

  6. Add the soaked rice and saute for a minute.

  7. Pour water and when the water starts to boil, close the lid and cook for five minutes or till two whistles.

  8. Serve hot with your choice of curry.
