Tender baby corns fried in oil and served with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the corn flour, maida, salt and pepper powder.

  2. Add a little water and make a thick batter without any lumps.

  3. Meanwhile pressure cook the baby corns with little turmeric powder and salt.

  4. Cut into desired shape and size.

  5. Dip the baby corns in the batter.

  6. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

  7. Transfer to an absorbent sheet to remove excess oil.

  8. Serve the hot and crispy Golden Fried Baby Corns with tomato ketchup.
