Egg cooked with onions, tomatoes and garnished with fresh coriander leaves.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a kadai, heat oil, add cinnamon and chopped onions and saute.

  2. Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute.

  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute.

  4. Now add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.

  5. Add little water.

  6. Cook for a few minutes.

  7. Slowly add the eggs one by one.

  8. Cover and cook for a few minutes.

  9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

  10. Transfer the egg masala to a serving dish.
