Come on… Lets get started. With a few ingredients, this Crispy Fingers can be served as an appetizer or as an evening snack or added into a party menu.

Made with left over idlis, this recipe will surely be loved by kids.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the idlis into cubes or long strips, as desired.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon oil in a thick bottomed pan and fry these idli cubes on a medium flame until they are crispy and golden brown.
  3. Keep them aside.

  4. Now add the remaining oil to the pan. Fry the onions.
  5. Add the ketchup and the fried idlis and stir fry.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve the hot.
